Every pilot chute order ships with a signed acknowledgment, a printed insert restating the policy, and a "consult a certified rigger" note. The acknowledgment is required before the unit ships.
Send an email with your size, fabric, container, and any notes. We'll confirm price and lead time, send the acknowledgment for signature, and put the build on the bench. You'll get a tracking number when it ships.
